There aren't a lot of writers that are better than I, but Mark Twain is (probably) one of them. And with that in mind, I'll simply quote the great man from 1895 - "Nowhere in the world have I encountered a festival of people that has such a magnificent appeal to the whole nation. The Cup astonishes me."

It's the weight-for-age championship of Australasia (wherever that is). Granted the Irish won this last year, but at least they did so with a horse called Adelaide.

And here we are, after 200 games and not a single draw, we've made it to the 2015 Grand Final. We've laughed, we've cried, we've criticised the referees and we've booed Paul Gallen (at least I have). It's time to find a winner.

Oddly enough, this is my favourite weekend of the entire NRL season. It's all or nothing, and we've still got something great to look forward to next weekend.
