PNG Schoolboys vs Aus Schoolboys is on as I write.
22-all with seconds to go. Australia with a conversion attempt to win the game.
Anyone concerned that PNG wouldn't have the depth of talent to develop a first grade NRL team can relax.

A mate of mine just got his two west Tigers membership sent to him unfortunately he left them on his dash in the car overnight next morning his passenger window was broken and two more memberships were on the dash.

The Pacific Championships have been absolutely terrific. These internationals need to be a regular fixture on the calender. I understand how hard it is to fit everything in, but you have to find the space for this.

What do you know about Dragons latest signing - Nathan Lawson from Rugby 7s? Never heard of him and where would they fit him in the 13 man side, or does he even make the side?
Or is this just another dragons purchase that will fizzle out

I saw the announcement. I have to admit I've never seem him play either. Given he was just awarded the Rugby Sevens Player of the Year we have to assume he's not hopeless.

He was driving without a license,had drugs in his system and hospitalised 3 people,one a 4 year old with a broken hip!
"He was fined $850 and disqualified from driving for at least six months".

The fine for using your mobile phone while driving is more than $850 in Queensland (not that I'm condoning that).

The penalty from the NRL will be interesting.
As a guide, Mitchell Pearce was fined $125,000 and missed the first 8 rounds of an NRL season because he picked up a dog with a waggly tail for about 5 seconds (I'm not condoning that either).
